Good Morning. Well I continue to lose my vacation weight. This is a good thing. It is interesting that it takes longer to lose than to gain. What is wrong with that picture? Such is life. I really cannot complain too much. The weather has cooled down. We had a fire in the stove last night and one this morning. Looks like fall is upon us. Seems like we really had a short summer this year.
I am feeling like snacking a lot lately. Must be because I allowed myself to do so on vacation. Got to get my thinking straight and realize I cannot do this on a regular basis. Well got to get ready for work. I will concentrate on smelling the roses and not keep looking at the mountain top. Still over 500 emails to go through. Not bad seeing as I had over 2500 on Monday.
