Seems my body is made to stay between 223 & 227 no matter what I eat, don't eat, how much exercise I get or don't. I experimented & ate nothing one day a week ago. Just drank water. Lots of exercise. Gained half a pound. What can a poor boy do, 'cept sing for a Rock n' Roll band?

You might do better focusing on fat loss instead of just weight loss. You can change your body composition and lose inches. Upping your protein, keeping diet clean and a good workout program (some cardio and weight training).

Well I eat a lot of Protein, healthy fats & vegs, stick mainly to low carb & Paleo Diet. Do weight training every other day, cardio everyday. Walk at least a mile daily, most days more. Ride Stationary bike also, stay quite active. Have arthritis in every joint of my body, every step I take, I feel like screaming. But I persist. I've been following every rule of Low carb & Paleo, to a T for years. If I try Weight watchers, Dash Diet, Mediterrean Diet, etc., I will gain 2 or 3 pounds a week. But the good thing is I had type II diabetes, now normal, cholesterol normal, BP Normal, all my blood work is perfect according to my doctor. Not too bad for a 68 yr. old guy. But I want to get to 215 or less, but scale has been stuck no matter what I do. Thanks for listening & advice.

I had a Moroccan Grilled Lamb Chop with Charmoula (Low Carb, Gluten Free & Whole 30) for supper. Could not find Charmoula in food search. Tried to add ingredients. Could not find Mint Leaves so had to skip them.
