last time I came here when I wanted to loose weight and I did loose 12 kg in 2 months this time I want to gain lean muscle want to look good at my sister's wedding 42 days to go

Just up your eggs. In my case, about 20 eggs a day made me HUGE (in my book, at least). And, NO!!! Cholesterol was just fine. I am 47 years, by the way.

Notha, I know that of the heart is broken, one could lose up to 7 kgs a month. I did! I would not wish that on my worst enemy, though!

@notha02 @hgangishetti just maintained a calorie deficit, ate alot of protein and trusted the process it wasn't easy but it will help if you have a target and a date in which you want to achieve it
