oh that's so fun! I miss step! I still have my step videos from the 90s haha. I use to teach it. enjoy!

jenjabba that's awesome! I'm super excited to see how this will add to my success! I'm getting older and have COPD but so far (yesterday) it's a lot easier on me the HIIT exercise. My COPD makes my heart feel dangerously fast! Lol or maybe I'm just not used to that kind of excitement anymore! But breathing is an issue and So far the steps seems better for my COPD
