Woop-woop!! 600g's Down!!
Abs really ARE made in the kitchen!!

On today's menu:
Oats en egg whites for Breakfast
Chicken "muffins" and a carrot for 10am snack
Hake and sweet potatoe for lunch
Chicken "muffin" and the carrot again at 4pm for a snack.
And steamed chicken and broccoli for dinner tonight!!

May this week be GREAT to us all!!
