i did 3 miles on the tredmill this afternoon!
Not sure this will be tasty but its got alot of protein! haha

He's trying to sell you his coaching . Lol. ANGEL. I can so relate! Often my meals are just.. eat to live. Boring. You are doing the work! Your meals look good! Hang in there. You must be a shortie like me. The last few stubborn pounds are the hardest.

jenjabba I AM a shorty! I'm 4'10.5" lol and boy weight looks so different on super short ppl you know what I mean! I wish I would have been more aware when covid lock downs happen and what would happen if I just fell to the couch with tv and snacky snacks! Lol

Angel, same. I gave up during covid and was all alone. Gained 70. I've lost that but dang. I have my goal weight at 125 and no way. I can grab inches of fat on my legs and belly. If i only had 4 more inches of height I could stretch it 🤣. I know my goal is going to have to change to 110 or 115 with the muscle mass i have now. I'm working on building that muscle slowly. I'm just ready to be DONE! a few more months !! We made this this far. Let's finish!
