As I examine my food diary, I realize that some of the higher carb food choices, ie: Omaha Steaks Gourmet Franks, which may taste good, are not really that good for me. At 4 net carbs per frank, they are a dietary disaster, while on induction. I think I'll be sticking to their steaks, and pork chops instead. The sugar free popsicles, are just as bad, but as an occasional treat can be tolerated.
