Day 11 on Induction and it's time to just stay on course. I got out and walked the dog this morning, for about 40 minutes, and it felt good; he enjoyed it also. I meant to get an earlier start but, procrastinated because it was still relatively dark at 6:00 am. That shouldn't really make a difference because I know the days are, progressively, going to get shorter this time of the year, and I do want to get out before the sun is truly out anyway. I'm not really worried about my safety out there, being a Blackbelt, walking a big German Shepard, and while carrying a cane with a point on the end of it, so it's just a matter of getting out there on a regular basis. Well, tomorrow's another day, and another day to succeed.
