first time trying Shirataki noodles.
I think next time ill get the thin ones and make something asian inspired. texture is a little off for tomato sauce but not as bad as i thought.

they're good, but Asian recipes work so much better with them instead of subbing for pasta. same principle as tofu IMO. still looks good, though!

Agreed! The pasta sauce wasn't a great pairing. I got the thinner noodles and I'm going to make Asian something. I see this being successful with the thin noodles and an Asian flavor!
