Finally made me 15,000 steps in the blowing winds! At least it was finally dry to go for my walk! Yesterday I made only 7,000! In the house pacing and bored! I then decided to eat a bit less to make up for lack of stepping. I don’t make my 1700 calories burned a day if I don’t walk at least 15,000 steps! I’m not very tall and quite small so it’s super easy not to burn enough calories! Kind of annoying!

My resting daily calorie burn is actually 1243 so I need to burn the extra 700 a day to lose any meaningful weight on the 1700 calorie target this app gives me! That’s a lot of moving and groving! 15,000 steps takes 100 minutes and average I burn only 300-400 calories on that walk so I must make the walk!

Also I have not lost anything in a few days now. So I’m guessing I am gaining muscles at the moment!.
