1lb Ground chicken, mustard, seasoning and 3 blended rice cakes with more seasoning, shaped into nuggets, freeze 10 minutes, egg white dunk, (extra protein) breaded with seasoned rice cakes baked at 400° for 20-25 minutes= chicken nuggys!
