Starched up again yesterday so kept the water weight. :( Was likely over calories by about 500 too. The stress of this upcoming week is turning into a slight 'food comfort' reaction. It was the way I dealt with it all before. No way will I go back to 235. I've had enough of being an unhealthy weight and having to catch my breath after tying shoe laces. I'll get through this and will pull it back together once I can get back into a routine and I've got the fires put out. There will be more fires down the road, but I think I'm seeing daylight here. Even the lifting is suffering from inconsistency right now which isn't like me. I'm not stressing over diet and lifting though. I have enough worries with the upcoming week. Thanks to all of you who are keeping me in your thoughts during this difficult time with my parents.
