DAY 1 WAS A TOTAL SUCCESS! 62% FAT (GOAL IS 60%), 23% PROTEIN (GOAL IS 30%, AND 15% CARBS (GOAL IS 10%). I DID IT! I'M PLEASED! GOING OUT TO LUNCH WITH A FRIEND TODAY, SO HOPING I STAY STRONG IN MY CHOICES. WE WILL FOLLOW LUNCH WITH A HIKE WITH MY DOGS IN THE WOODS.
