Brought this app back! Read my comments and smiled. My body has done some amazing things over the last 9+ years. Went on to run many 10k, about 8 Half Marathons, and a 50km ultra Marathon, Sprint Triathlon.
I’ve kept the weight off and never went even close to my highest ever again. My body seems to like the 170s , but decided to start tracking food consumption again to be more aware of what I’m eating.
