I know this time is triggery for me, I lost my dad Xmas 2007. Plus some other unpleasant memories but Christmas is getting better for me as I make new, happier memories.

Hello On The Edge Of Fit, I am Merry Mel. You are following me on my old site there is a photo of Jim and l. I lost all my data so have to start all over again. Cannot knit the two together. your sooo right merry me... went out for a meal the other day on 1 of my off days, and the menu was delicious,,, so to speak,, but i went for mushrooms in a broth (not creamy sauce)... and I felt so much stronger after i did this, and thought how much worse i would of felt if i had went for the big hamburger and chips. Christmas is but only one day of the year...
