Yep, I have gained some weight. I just got back to Texas last night. I have been away in Ohio for a funeral and haven't been on plan at all. Part of this gain is due to water as it is the week before my period,but the rest is due to poor eating. I have been getting plenty of exercise though. Last Friday when I weighed myself I was at 127.4, so I figure I am only about a week from getting back to normal, as it usually takes close to the same time to get the weight off as it did to go on, as long as I get back on track right away. It is a little depressing, but I am just going to try to get back on it. I am not going to beat myself up, I had bigger things on my mind the past week.
My aunt Joyce and eight year old cousin J.R. were killed in their home about 10 days ago. Shot. It is still under investigation, and they have no leads yet. My uncle was the first to find them, and he has been cleared from suspicion, thank God. It is the most horrible thing. I can't understand it still. It was hard to believe at first, I couldn't even cry when I was first told. It didn't really sink in until I got to Ohio and was helping my uncle arrange pictures for the family night. They were such a beautiful and close-knit family, it is just the saddest thing. I can't imagine how my uncle is getting along in that big house alone, the very house that it happened in. I hope the family will continue to be there for him. Well, I don't really want to talk about it more right now, but that's whats been going on. Hope everyone has been doing good!
