Day 10 on Induction,and I weighed in; I'm down 10 pounds, which is a pretty good start. I have to continue to make adjustments to my diet to ensure I get the right percentage of vegetables, on a daily basis, yet still remain below 20 net carbs per day. I still have a long way to go but, HooRaah! In time the little successes will amount to a big successes.
