Did good until end of day. Last night, after a healthy dinner then later had a thin frozen pizza. No exercise yesterday other than housework to help with the extra calories. Sabotaged myself.
Sunday evenings seem to be bad for me. That's the only day I don't go to gym. Weird thing, fat % actually went down to 34.9 on Omron for first time this morning. Skin fold still at 18mm (31). Feel the muscles in legs from the increased weights. I will continue that method of weight training.
Plan to eat very light today to make up for yesterday.
