Overall, it was a good week since last...I worked out a few times, ate good-didn't starve myself of anything I really wanted. Cold Stone Creamery is the treat for the month's end to celebrate the accomplishments...however, I won't be able to eat anything else that day or perhaps only consume a small portion of it.
The goals for next week:
- 5X working out - Continue drinking lots of water - Continue eating 25g (or more) of fiber/day - Drop 2 lbs.
