Did alright yesterday. Small piece of milktart the evening, but still within calorie budget. A little too much fat perhaps, since I added mayonaise to my broccoli salad yesterday.
And since it rained, we didn't go run this morning 😔 Planning to spin or run at the gym tonight. I hope I have the strenth to pull through and go - u know how lazy one can get in the evenings 😉
On the menu today: Breakfast was Albany's rooibos and rye bread toast with cheddar cheese.
Snack will be 2 x chicken muffins and carrot.
Linch will be tuna broccoli salad.
Snack again on muffins.
And dinner... Perhaps chicken and sweet potatoe. Will still see.
