1,5 Wochen vor dem IRONMAN 70.3. Habe mir gestern eine leckere Pasta gegönnt 🙈 Nudelgerichte sind für Ausdauersportler ein echter Energieschub 😀

Irina, I agree, pasta dishes are a great energy boost before long endurance workouts, or before starts.

Unfortunately, I have not met any books on nutrition for athletes or for people who train intensively in cyclic sports. Now there are a lot of people who call themselves nutritionists after completing simple courses, but I think these people have not worked with athletes, and I do not trust their opinion.

1.5 weeks before the start is no longer a time for experimenting with food, just eat what you are used to. In general, I wish you a lot of luck at the start, you are younger and have trained a lot, everything will go well.

@Toni84kg das ist wahr 😂😂😂 bei der Mitteldistanz habe ich über 4.000 Kalorien auf einmal verbraucht 🙈

@MariaMezentseva You’re completely right!!! Not every Coach after one cource is the right person to give advice… I was able to find one book in German… now waiting for it… we‘ll see 😳🤔😕
