Here we go again. I have followed my diet diligently and have now increased 4 pounds. The nutritionist tells me it is water weight caused by my CHF (lucky me). Truthfully, my clothes are telling me I'm losing inches and I think that's more telling than a number on a scale. As always, I am very optimistic, I will continue on this path and I will not let a number discourage me. Especially when the loss of those 4 or more pounds are probably just a few good pees away 😉
