Still recovering from the pizza Wed. night. Saw uptick on fat % but got weight back to where it was - 211. I didn't weigh in that day but it had ticked up to about 214! Lot of work to just get back to where I was because of that slip. Total calories was not bad - but the fat and carb percentages were terrible! 35.8 %
