Tempted again. I had been doing well, but I had been going over on eating a lot. I was disappointed for my weight to have gone from 156 to 158. Now that I have made progress, it is becoming important for me to follow the eating plan pretty accurately. I fear regressing. It is science: if I do this, will the result be a weight loss our not. It is faith. I have been given enough. Trust God in that in all ways.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
