@ayush yes it's boiled oats that's why it's look like this oats: 30 grams peanut butter:only 10 grams

@dave in action my goal is to be a strong like a power builder I have injuries(left hand and leg fractures) in past so I need to overcome that thing 😁😁 I never give up now I am getting stronger my leg press weight is 165kgs and leg extension is 75 kgs with 12 reps
