Day 8 on Induction, and I've successfully completed my first week. Only my imagination and state of mind will determine whether this success continues. I used to eat oatmeal for breakfast, day after day, and didn't blink an eye. If I could do that, then eating eggs on a regular basis shouldn't be a problem. I just have to take it one day at a time and be creative.

Welcome aboard, you will do this, it is a whole new way of life, I just had a quick look at your diet calendar, you need to have more veggies, you need between 12 - 15 net carbs(in veggies). Also be careful with sausage, bacon and processed foods. I know you haven't recorded a weight since the 6th. Bacon is a big no no for me, have to have that occasionally. Have you read the New Atkins book or checked out atkins.com they will put you on the right track. Any questions you are going to get great help on here just ask. Keep tracking your food as you are and you can look back and see what works for you. Best of luck.
