Hello Team!
I'm taking this journey one day at a time sometimes one hour at a time. I admit that this part of my life is superbly blah and I know I will suffer because Greek Food Festival is happening this weekend and all I can eat is Greek salad, no awesome desserts which I used to enjoy. Let's not bring up thanksgiving next month (I'm Canadian) and my mum is the beSt chef around. For those that don't know I'm back here since I took a very long break. I was 218lbs in May and now I am 190lbs.
