Checked my weight after a month. so happy to see i have lost some kgs 😁 more motivated now. Suggested daily calories intake for me are 1600/day but for whole month my daily intake was mostly 1000 calories or max 1200 ( when i ate outside) with 30 min outdoor cycling(5 days a week) and 30 min zumba (3 days a week). but i am feeling low now. i feel tiered. 1000 calories a day is not enough for me. I dont feel hungry but tiered and lazy 😥. Last week, i ate a lot, almost everything i love, i had it 😋 with no workout at all. and i enjoyed it.🤩...But now i have a plan to take 1500 calories a day to get back on track with full energy. 🤞 No doubt this app and you all people motivate me a lot 🩷 THANKS 🌹
