Thought that I would be heavier today after the weekend but I guess I stayed off my butt enough to counter act the somewhat poor eating. it wasn't horrible, I ate mostly ok food, just gave into ice-cream last night a little to much and had pizza Saturday then the left over on Sunday.
lets see if I can ride the weekend weight loss through the week and loose a bit more by Friday!
