I am fasting, currently 41 hours, with some walking, and I think I’m starting to lose that water weight and some fat. Feeling good 😊 have a lot of motivation
148.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 63 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 9.8 kg a Week

Amazing drop well done …. I suggest medical supervision if ur fasting more than 20 hours

Im only going for 71 hours, I Googled it at 5 days seems to be dangerous- but I totally understand and appreciate that, I’m glad your a faster too haha

I did it for 114 hours and it was a great experience. Actually, the best thing for me is the renewal of the cells.congratulations 👏🏻🥰
