1 Hour of intense Power cycling yesterday. Ate a little more (& had a small Hershey :( ) but still in a calorie deficit. I gained 2 lbs. I've been reading that I have probably not been eating enough. Even though I've been losing, I was probably losing fat & muscle because of the # of calories. So I'm not going to worry about the scale now. I am trying to build muscle so it will be up and down.
