Hi All,
This has been a summer of debauchery and full on gluttony on my part. spent from may til now working and umping baseball games then getting fast food on the way home.
Starting on Monday I'm going back to slim fast as my main food source. Monday is the start date because I have a ball tournament to play in on the weekend and I cannot do this diet when I'm playing that much. It would be too deep a calorie cut.
I hope I can do this. I really do. 100 pounds is my long term ultimate goal 195ish. 25 pound quarter poles. If I get even halfway there I would be alright with it.
