Went to spin class last night. Got a good sweat! Then did some of the knee raises on the vertical raise machine. Had a low fat dinner - Wild caught Alaskan salmon and vegetable medley. So weight was down this AM. Yeeeah! Fat % up a little. Must be the pizza from Wednesday night? Had been going down. Changed the setting to reflect the new weight and went up .2
