No food recorded for dinner yesterday as I had to attend a 60th birthday dinner which was in a restaurant.
Was worried about it and then got even more worried when we got there and the food had been pre-chosen by the host!
So, I had vegetable soup for starters but more or less just drank the broth part, there were a few bits of cauliflower in there and onions (carrots which I left in there) and some chicken, no idea what was in the broth but hey I wasn't about to go hungry lol!
Main course was 4 different kinds of potatoes (fries, saute, mash and croquettes) which was like torture watching everyone dig into those but I was good and not one piece went into my mouth! There was 5 different kinds of meat and I had 2 pieces of salmon and a piece of chicken which I guess were around the 6oz mark in total. Vegetables were green beans, broccoli and cauliflower so I had a few spoons of those and there was also a salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomato and egg.
So, on weigh in this morning I had lost 100g (for the fourth day running) so I'm hoping that last night didn't do too much long term damage and that I kept within my limits!
Oh yeah, I drank water all night but I have to say when everyone else was eating huge bowls of ice cream topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce I almost cried :( (but I did dip my finger quickly in my fiance's whipped cream heheheh)
