Day 7 on Induction, and it's starting to come together. I just have to make sure I vary what I eat so it won't get boring, and also make sure I get enough water each day; that's one area I've been falling down on. Staying below 20 grams of carbs, today, shouldn't be a problem, as I pretty much have my meals, and snacks mapped out. HooRaah!!!
