Was able to walk/jog for an hour after work yesterday. M stayed home to watch a movie on TV! It's been difficult to remain within RDI, but on the whole have been able to make up the difference with exercise. Don't expect much weight loss this way. Hopefully things with get back to normal after the trip to Kisangani. Only 13 pounds to go... it's not time to quit now.
