午餐:酸辣湯麵
下午:橄欖餅、青花瓷芋香拿鐵(今天店家好像飲料品質不優,同事點的茶喝起來沒一樣是對的)
晚餐:鵝油辣椒炒胡蘿蔔玉米筍三色豆兩顆蛋(太辣沒吃完)
宵夜:鹽水雞(雞胸、豬耳朵、雞皮、甜不辣、王子麵)、黑蜜歐蕾(沒喝幾口)
溫開水900ml
輔助食品:益生菌
