Ever tried having a bigger breakfast and then the small lower cal dinner rather? one needs a balanced brekkie to get you up and going through the day and this will also help with cravings throughout the day.... xx

Thanks. I'm going to give it a try. Usually dont have an appetite early in the morning but it makes sence to have a smaller dinner. Thanks for the advice!
