Comparing C. Wirthy Salmon with Natural Sea Salmon; Wirth's Blackened salmon has more than 3 x the fat and less protein than Natural Sea Salmon! Will NOT be getting any more of the Wirthy. Taste great but not worth the extra fat. Scale was up this morning. Maybe that was reason even though still under rec. calorie intake and did an extreme Step blast class yesterday!
41.0 % - Reading was down a tenth. Scale was up almost 2 lbs. Not recording it since fat % reading was down. Glad I am down on it at least!
