So I could not back up going further: - today is first day of 6 weeks to my "best possible" shape and look - well, whatever possible after half a century line passed 🤭 I know myself and lazy "tomorrow or another day" may slip me off the path, so - shame is the only thing what may keep me in tact. ...or may not. 😂 I know - I can do it and I generally believe in willpower to change the things, so - here I go. ..... yea, and of course, that all is for that one only event when everyone should be impressed 😁
