deppi26: tumis bawang putih cincang dg sedikit minyak sampe kuning emas, masukkan daging sapi yg diiris tipis. Aduk2 sampe berubah warna, tambahkan garam, kaldu jamur, lada hitam (opsional), sedikit kecap manis (opsional) & perasan jeruk nipis/lemon (bisa diganti dg air perasan asam jawa) aduk lg sampe tingkat kematangan yg diinginkan… terakhir tambahkan irisan cabe sesuai selera & diaduk2 sebelum diangkat…
