Hi everyone! Thanks for the lovely comments 😊. @Nadia here is the recipe. Hope it is clear enough but if not just ask about anything. X Chicken Chicken thighs - no bone, no skin Roasted in the oven uncovered For about 20-30mins at 200°C. I cook loads, like 20-30 pieces at once. But the spice mix is for a lot less though. Marinated in dry spice mix( make it in a little jar and if there is any left over I use it for the next meal, ps I use it on everything too pork,chicken and even cheese toasties!): 1tsp Paprika 1tsp Smoked paprika Half tsp onion powder Half tsp garlic powder A bit of oregano Salt and pepper to taste Chilli flakes if you like it spicy 🥵 Mashed potatoes: It has to be Vivaldi from Sainsbury's - they are my fav! I cook maybe 6big ones for two people. Cook and mash add maybe a tbs of butter and few(2-3) tbs of double cream or just double cream and of course salt! Kidney beans Just fry to hit up no salt no paper no nothing really. I use the 1kcal spray ( the olive oil one) easy Cabbage.shredded. Maybe 1/4 of the whole cabbage for two portions.add 2tsp Hellman's light mayo and salt and pepper. Washed and shredded. Maybe 1/4 of the whole cabbage for two portions. I add a bit of Hellman's light mayo and salt and pepper. And there you go - nice and easy meal that will fill you up. Enjoy
