- 4 lbs, lower body is losing weight very slowly, I currently eat 160 grams of carbs per day.

I spread peanut butter on rice cakes) Mixed egg whites with cocoa, a little sugar substitute (beat everything with a mixer), sprinkled cocoa on top again And cherry😋

nice! you don't cook the egg whites?? I struggle with certain sensory and would be worried of the texture; I'll have to try this and see how it goes. I do something similar: I just melt dark chocolate and drizzle on top of rice cake with peanut butter!
