I heard on the news, yesterday, that McDonalds will be making a switch from margarine to butter, in making their Egg McMuffins, for health reasons. They finally caught on to something, that we've been aware of in the low carb community for years; that real butter is better for you than margarine. I can't remember the last time I had an Egg McMuffin, and I doubt I'll have one in the foreseeable future, but it's nice to see they've made the change. :-)
