protein powder added to yogurt, mixed with natural peanut butter; topped with crushed almonds and dark choco chips- seems to be my go to breakfast. 52 grams protein.

😂 maybe I will in your honor. The protein powder is XWerks chocolate from Amazon. I add a splash of milk or half and half so it mixes in easier.
