my weight did not come on overnight, it will not go off overnight. I will not be discouraged by my gain this week, but rather, focus on the fact that I am becoming healthier, stronger & am changing my eating habits for the better. I love being on Jenny, I feel so full. Am currently on the 1700 calorie meal plan & this is my 3rd week. I struggled to get out of bed this morning, but I still got my walk in. YEY.
