Was back up over the weekend... This was a night weigh in on my friend's scale since I moved and don't have one anymore. No workout the week prior due to a knee injury. In addition, PMS was a huge factor as well... I still am upset to be back up so high... I would like to hover between 115 & 116 since that seemed maintainable for most of the summer. The move and the emotional trauma has kind of gotten me in the routine of snacking at night again, and I just want it to stop. Trying to figure out some solutions.
