My concern is that it's all I have for breakfast. As long as it stays fresh, I'm good. So I source traditional dry cure bacon ( not the stuff from the supermarket) and genuinely free range, outdoor eggs. Quality ingredients really do add to the taste.

Wow, massive brekkie though not my call - I can't have breakfast since teens and apparently was running from them away before as well. That one would be my ideal dinner food instead :) Coffee is the morning. 🤪
