I wish I could set it up to discount net carbs - 13 g fiber in the avocado as well as at least 6 in the cauliflower. If I was doing ATkins we'd be removing then about 20 grams of carbs which would still be ketogenic level.
Not really sure of the cauliflower or chicken amount, or crushed tomatoes.. it was a curry sort of dish made with those ingredients so I was sort of using my guestimation.
Still no weight loss.. maybe two pounds but not recording it.. reminding myself - no sugars, woot! AND still amazing energy levels, and barely any hunger. I feel healthier, even if the scale has not decided to express that in numbers :)
