Day 74 : Dinner di jam 16.30 sore tadi ✅. Masak Sat set aja . Menu nya Nasi Telur dadar sayur , isi kubis , sayur campuran yg ad di kulkas , n sambal . Total nya 320 kcal 😌

@ffzahra_ : masukin satu2 dek, telur dadar, sayur tumis campuran, sambal, nasi ny brp gram . Biasany terakhir ku tambahin minyak 1sdm u/ numis tadi .
